City Colleges of Chicago has five Laboratory Centers that serve faculty, students, and children of the Colleges and community. The Child Development Laboratory Schools provide high-quality care for preschool young children of diverse backgrounds.
Each Laboratory Center is operated under the guidance of an experienced director with a master’s degree in early childhood education and staffed by highly qualified, college trained, certified early childhood education teachers.
The program taught at the Centers is based on constructive play and supports children’s individual interests and developmental needs.

Tuition
Financial assistance is available for families who qualify. We accept Action for Children certificates. Review the current Child Development Center Rates.
