What does CCC Buy?
CCC purchases nearly all the goods and services offered on the market including, but not limited to books, printing services, computer equipment, furniture, office equipment and supplies, and a variety of minor construction and professional services.

Where does CCC purchasing take place?
Formal requests for goods and services greater than $10,000.00 must be publicly advertised to receive maximum competitive pricing. Request for Sealed Bids/Proposals are competitively bid through the Procurement Services Department. You may reach Procurement Services at 312.553.2590.
Informal requests for goods and services of $10,000.00 or less are initiated by CCC Business Offices Managers or from District Office Departments. Vendors are encouraged to contact the Business Offices Managers or the District Procurement Services and inform them of the types of products and services they can provide to the campuses.

Vendor Registration
The Procurement Services Department maintains a master database of all qualified vendors by classification and commodity code. To place your name on the bidder's list as a valid vendor, complete the Vendor Application.
CCC administers an aggressive program seeking minority and women owned businesses (MBE/WBE). CCC is not a MBE/WBE certifying agency; therefore If you wish to be certified please see the MBE/WBE Vendors for a list of certifying agencies that meet CCC’s requirements.
