City Colleges of Chicago employees can use Employee Self Service to:

  • verify or update your race and ethnicity data per federal government requirements.
  • view payroll advice information (paystubs)
  • view W-4 Forms
  • change the number of allowances for federal and state income taxes
  • change marital status
  • add and update phone numbers and email addresses

Employees can login with their Novell Username and password. Employee Self Service is available on-campus only.
