City Colleges also offers a dental plan with CoreSource as the dental plan administration company. Please refer to your collective bargaining agreement for eligibility requirements.

The Dental Plan reimburses 100% of the usual and customary charges for covered dental services such as oral exams, cleanings, and x-rays every 6 months. 80% coverage for other services such as fillings, crowns, root canals, periodontal treatments and dentures; you will be responsible for paying 20% of your bill.

A $10 deductible per individual applies each calendar year. The maximum benefit for each covered family member is $1,500 per calendar year.

There is no network of dentists; you may visit the dentist of your choice. All you do is bring a claim form with you to each appointment and the dentist’s office will file the claim for you.
