Enrollment & Plan Changes

Health insurance coverage begins on your hire date. You must complete enrollment forms and bring them with you along with any required dependent documentation on your first day of hire to enroll in the medical, dental, and vision plans.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) enrollment forms must be submitted within 31 days of your hire date.

Enrollment decisions are binding through December 31 of the year in which you enroll. 

Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can make changes to your health plans and Flexible Spending Accounts.

You can also change your coverage outside of Open Enrollment if you have a family status change, such as:

  • Marriage
  • Divorce
  • Birth
  • Adoption
  • Death
  • Change in employment status
