Due to system upgrades, City Colleges of Chicago will not be able to produce official transcripts from February 27th – March 3rd. Please allow additional processing time. Students are still able to request a transcript through the Parchment.com system and the requests will be fulfilled starting on March 4th.
City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) offers online transcript ordering and processing available to students 24/7 using technology provided by Parchment (formerly known as Docufide; note: previous Docufide account information, login credentials, and history have been transitioned to Parchment). Parchment is one of education’s most trusted intermediaries for electronic records. CCC has partnered with Parchment to enable you to request and track your transcripts online.
You may view or print your academic history (courses, credit hours, grades, etc.) online. Online transcript orders are typically processed in 3 - 5 business days, longer during peak periods.
How to Order Your Transcript
Log in to your Parchment account. If you are a first time user, you will need to create a Parchment account. To create your account, you must identify your college. Search for your college by any combination of:
- College name
- Student type (undergraduate)
If you enter multiple criteria (i.e., state and college name), only institutions that match all selected criteria will be displayed in the search results. If you have trouble locating your institution, try entering fewer criteria and searching again. In the search results, click the Begin Registration link to create your Parchment account.
Complete your Parchment account and order your transcript by following the step-by-step instructions and screen shots contained in the Parchment Student User Guide. Further information is available in the Transcript FAQ.
Current or former students with a delinquent account hold (outstanding balance due) at any of our colleges will be unable to receive transcripts until all outstanding balances are paid in full. You can check the status of your student account and transaction history by visiting View My Student Account or by contacting the Business Office at your college. Note: if there is a delinquent hold on your account, you must resolve it within a 30-day period or the order will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
