Scholarship opportunities are administered according to the availability of funds within the City Colleges of Chicago Foundation.  Awards are based on a student’s academic achievements, individual goals, and recommendations.

Workforce Academy Scholarship


City Colleges of Chicago is offering a special scholarship opportunity to qualified students for the following programs

  • Overhead Electrical Line Worker
  • Construction Carpentry
  • Concrete Masonry
  • Plumbing and Fire Protection

Training for these careers can be completed in 16 to 22 weeks. In addition to scholarship opportunities, tuition-free workforce readiness training will be provided.
