Sign-Up for New Student Orientation

Participants will:

  • Learn about academic requirements to graduate
  • Learn about the many student services that are available to help you succeed
  • Discuss education/career goals and how to ensure that the academic plan you select aligns with your goals
  • Learn about student clubs, groups and organizations
  • Network with other new students and key campus personnel

Prerequisites

  • ​Complete the Online Admissions Application, if you have not already done so
  • Visit the New Student Center, Suite W-110
    • Please bring a valid State-issued driver's license or identification card to complete this process
  • Have a valid phone number or email address. Note: CCC provides a free student email address to all students

Cost

​No cost to students.

Timing

New Student Orientation sessions are held on various times and days of the week to accommodate students’ schedules. Click "Get Started Online" for times, dates and locations and to sign-up.    

  • Summer and Fall registration - Orientation sessions are hosted from March thru September
  • Spring registration - Orientation sessions are hosted from October thru February

Orientations are scheduled in two hour blocks of time.    

Audience

New students and transfer students who have not yet completed college level Math or English.
