City Colleges graduates may purchase replacement or additional copies of previously awarded diplomas or certificates. Please do not make payment if you are unsure if you are eligible for a reprinted document. Questions may be directed to the Registrar's Office.
Reprint Request Process
- Fill out the request form, sign
- Visit the Registrar’s Office to verify eligibility for the reprinted diploma or certificate
- Pay at the Business Office
- Submit your completed form and payment receipt to Registrar’s Office for processing
Mail-in Process
- Fill out the request form, sign, and enclose payment (money order or cashier's check made payable to the college)
- Mail your completed form and payment to the Registrar's Office for verification and processing. The Registrar's Office will contact you with any questions
