View Holds & Alerts

How to View Holds & Alerts Online

  1. Login to my.ccc.edu with your CCC username and password by clicking on the "Get Started Online" button below.
  2. From the Student Services page, click on the Academics section
  3. Click on Service Indicator (Holds) and Services Which May be Impacted (under the Holds and To Dos section) to see if you have any holds.

If there is a hold on your account, please take action right away to resolve the hold. For more information or to appeal a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) hold, please refer to the links (to the right on this page) under Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
