Welcome Message from the Chairman, James C. Tyree

As Chairman of the Board of Trustees, I am personally committed to meeting the needs of a diverse body of students, the community and the workforce of City Colleges of Chicago.

Quality education has been, and will always be, the chief priority at the City Colleges of Chicago. In the two years since my appointment as Chairman of the Board, I have witnessed notable growth in the number of articulation agreements and dual admissions programs we have implemented with four-year institutions.

It is an honor to serve the dedicated students and faculty of such a leading and well-respected institution. I look forward to prosperous days ahead.
