Vendor Registration/Application Process

The following is the procedure for becoming a vendor with City Colleges of Chicago.

The City Colleges of Chicago administers an aggressive program seeking minority and women owned businesses (MBE/WBE). The Department of Procurement Services maintains a bidder's list that identifies vendors by classifications. To place your name on the bidder's list, the following steps must be completed:

1. Obtain a vendor application from the Department of Procurement Services, either in person, or you can download a vendor application in PDF format, or call the Department of Procurement Services directly at 312.553.2590. The completed application can be mailed to: City Colleges of Chicago, Procurement Services Department, 10th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606 or it can be faxed to 312.553.2594.
2. Procurement Services staff will enter your firm into the CCC vendor database giving each college access to your firm to obtain quotations for goods and services, and for Procurement Services to notify you when formal bids are being requested.
3. If your firm is a certified Minority (MBE) or Woman-Owned Business (WBE), we ask that you include copies of your current certification documents.
