Workforce Academy:

The Workforce Academy seeks to anticipate, identify and address the ever-changing needs of employers and their employees by designing, developing and delivering quality training programs and consulting services, which result in improved work place performance for the participating individuals, organizations, and businesses.
The Workforce Academy brings workforce development training into the workplace, which helps Chicagoland businesses grow through employee development. The Academy provides companies with the solutions necessary for a successful future. We offer customized programs for incumbent and entry level workers outside of the traditional classroom experiences through innovative delivery systems and a hands-on approach.
