College to Careers:        

College to Careers' (C2C) strives to better prepare City College students for careers in growing fields.  The C2C program cultivates partnerships between City Colleges and industry leaders to align City Colleges’ curricula with workforce demands. These partnerships provide City Colleges’ students access to real-world experience via industry learning labs, internships and top-notch facilities, and offer City Colleges’ students and graduates a first pass at job opportunities.       
         
City Colleges is enhancing occupational programs in six fast-growing fields. Each program is headquartered at one of the City Colleges: Healthcare at Malcolm X College; Transportation, Distribution & Logistics (TDL) at Olive-Harvey College; Business & Professional Services at Harold Washington College; Information Technology at Wilbur Wright College; Advanced Manufacturing at Richard J. Daley College; and Culinary and Hospitality at Washburne Culinary School at Kennedy-King College.  For more information, please click here.    

Career Services:        

Career Services supports the students of City Colleges of Chicago in exploring career options, deciding on a career focus, making a career change or finding a job.  The Career Planning & Placement Centers on each campus provides:  career development workshops, resume critiques, mock interviews, and job search resources. Workforce Academy:        

The Workforce Academy is an academic training provider delivering cost effective, diverse, customized services to support local industry while empowering workers in the Chicagoland region.  The fee for service training provides training for required skills to effectively improve job productivity and reduce unemployment.  The Workforce Academy's goal is to anticipate, identify, and address the ever-changing needs of employers and their workforces by designing, developing, and delivering quality training programs and services that exceed our clients' expectations.  For more information, please click here.​
