- Apply as a new international student from your home country
- Apply as a transfer international student
- Apply as a new international student requiring a change of visa status
Mandatory Medical Insurance Requirements
The Board of Trustees of the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) require that all International Students under F1 status (student visa) attending City Colleges of Chicago must have health insurance before they can register for classes. (No exceptions) Failure to obtain such insurance or willful violation of this insurance requirement will be considered a violation of status.
Foreign Credentials Evaluation
Educational credentials — such as college credits, diplomas, or certificates — earned at the secondary or post-secondary levels outside of the United States must be evaluated by an approved transcript evaluation service.
Members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) provide credential evaluation services for individuals who have completed education outside the United States.
It is up to the student to research pricing and select an NACES approved credential evaluation service
