The Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Illinois Department of Transportation and Triple AAA are providing new car seats and booster seats for your family. Caregivers with a medical card can purchase for a specified amount. Advanced signup is required by calling 312-227-7081 or via garciam@luriechildrens.org
