Wireless Input in Classrooms and Conference Rooms

Classrooms and meeting rooms at Malcolm X College are equipped with the latest Smart technology. One option allows you to connect a device wirelessly to the system, allowing you to move around the room while presenting your desktop.

Follow these steps to connect wirelessly to the system    
  • From the Crestron controller press Wireless Input
  • This step is only performed once. If you’ve connected before skip  to step 6
    1. On your Windows device open a web browser
    2. Enter the URL or IP address listed on the screen
    3. Click "Use Brio Screen Projector
    4. Click "Download Brio Screen Projector"
    5. Install Brio Screen Projector
    6. Launch Brio Screen Projector
  • Enter the Brio name or IP address listed on the screen (not case sensitive)
  • Click start with or without sound
