City Colleges participates in the Illinois Articulation Initiative, a statewide transfer agreement which allows some City Colleges of Chicago degrees to be transferable to more than 100 participating four year colleges or universities in Illinois.
The Illinois Articulation Initiative is great for students who know they are going to transfer but may be undecided on what college they want to transfer to.
Students who complete the Associate of Arts or Associates of Science degree at City Colleges will have completed general education requirements for a degree at the receiving four year institution, provided they meet all other requirements.
