Request Audio-Visual Equipment at Olive-Harvey
Audio Visual requests are managed by the Information Technology Group. Requests fall into two categories, internal faculty and outside vendors.To Request Audio-Visual Equipment
Faculty and Staff:
- All classrooms at Olive-Harvey College and South Chicago Learning Center have AV technology built into the room.
- If additional technology is desired, please email ohc-helpdesk@ccc.edu
Outside entity:
- Complete an Event Request Form on the Astra Schedule Site.
- Based on availability and submittal of proper insurance documents the group may be approved or denied access to the space and equipment.
