CDL Proctored Exam Scheduling

Scheduling a Proctored Examination for an Online Learning course is easy. Follow the instructions below

  • To schedule an exam appointment on Timetrade, you will need to go to ​my.ccc.edu to log in.

 
 
 

  • After you log into my.ccc.edu, you need to click on the "Quick Access" Tile.

  • On the next page click on the "Timetrade" tile 
 
 

  • Select the course you want to schedule an appointment.

 

  • Select the exam with the correct instructor’s last name.

 
 

  • Select the location you want to go to for testing.  You can go to any of the seven CCC Testing Centers.

 
 

  • Select a date and time from the available drop-down menus.  If there are no available times, you will have to schedule the exam at a different location.

 
 

  • After you click on the continue button, you will be given an appointment confirmation message.

 
 

  • ​An appointment confirmation message is automatically sent to your CCC email account.  This email will allow you to change or cancel your appointment. 
    Make sure you save your appointment confirmation email. (See example email below)

Student Identification & Sign-in Procedures for Online Learning Examinations

1. Students should arrive 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled test time to allow for check-in and identification verification.

2. Each student must present a photo ID. Please note: A CCC Student ID Card, Driver’s License, or State ID.

3. Students who fail to produce the required identification must reschedule to take their exam.

4. No walk-ins will be accepted.

5. All appointments must be scheduled on Timetrade.
