The Audio-Visual (AV) Department is housed within the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Room 2118. This department provides support to the teaching and learning initiative by assisting faculty with Smart rooms or multi-media rooms.

Overview

Please complete the request for audio-visual  service document in full and submit to the Audio-Visual Center THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE of the date it is needed.

  • Audio-Visual Services Document

The Audio-Visual Center provides training and equipment maintenance when needed. Further, the department provides CDs, DVDs and videocassettes to students or faculty, as needed. The Audio-Visual  Center further supports all of the college’s audio‐visual needs (e.g., sound, access to Internet, visual/display needs) for special events or activities (e.g., guest speakers, presentations, live feeds, performances, registration).

Occasionally there may be a delay of a few minutes due to overcrowded elevators and/or multiple and simultaneous deliveries and pick-ups.
