Tuition reimbursement details are included here for Full-Time Administrators and Non-Bargained For employees as well as Full-Time Local 1600 Faculty, Full and Part-Time Local 1600 Professionals, and Full-Time Local 1708 union members.

Employee Tuition Benefits:          

Indiana Tech University (online or in-person)

  • CCC Employees and Immediate Family Members of Employees will receive a 20% tuition discount
    • CCC Employees must be actively employed at CCC
    • CCC Employee Immediate Family is defined as an Employee’s spouse and dependent children

  • The tuition discount applies to undergraduate and graduate degree programs
  • For CCC Employees only, the 20% discount in tuition can also be applied for a Ph.D. program
  • Traditional day programs are excluded from the scholarship

Olivet Nazarene University (online)

  • CCC Employees will receive a 20% tuition discount on any online programs
    • CCC Employees must be actively employed at CCC

Southern New Hampshire University (online)

  • CCC Employees and Immediate Family Members of Employees will receive a 10% tuition discount
    • CCC Employees must be actively employed at CCC
    • CCC Employee Immediate Family is defined as an Employee’s spouse or domestic partner and children thereof

National University (online)

  • CCC Employees are eligible to receive a 25% tuition scholarship toward a bachelor’s and master’s program or a 15% scholarship toward a doctoral program
  • CCC Employee spouses and dependents receive a 10% tuition scholarship toward a bachelor’s and master’s program and 15% toward a doctoral program
    • CCC Employees must be actively employed at CCC
    • Proof of employment is required
