City Colleges of Chicago offers vision benefits through Vision Service Plan (VSP). Using your VSP benefits is easy. To find a VSP doctor or review your benefit information, visit vsp.com or call (800) 877-7195. Also, you could save an extra $20 on VSP featured frame brands. Your benefit includes eyeconic.com, the VSP preferred online retailer.
Note: You will not receive an ID card for Vision. You can access your benefits by contacting a VSP doctor and providing your Social Security Number. If you cover dependents, your dependents can also be verified under your Social Security Number.
