All employees attend new employee orientation and all supervisors participate in Supervisors Essentials Training.  All full-time CCC employees and their dependents are afforded the opportunity​ to take classes tuition-free at any of our colleges and many full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement for classes at other higher-education institutions as well.
