The Office of Human Resources is committed to being a strategic partner that provides the best possible services to faculty and staff to support its goals and objectives. We deliver exemplary service and implement innovative solutions that enable City Colleges to attract, retain, develop and reward a diverse workforce and empower employees to support City Colleges’ vision.
The Human Resources team provides services and solutions in the areas of compensation, benefits, recruiting, policy compliance, performance management, payroll services, and labor and employee relations along with other personnel services.
