Job Analysis
The Compensation and Classification Department is responsible for position analysis.
Requests for new positions and position reclassifications are submitted through the Job Analysis Questionnaire form. Prior to the analysis of the position, proof of an approved budget must be provided. The Compensation and Classification Staff will analyze and/or conduct a job audit to determine appropriate title and salary grade for the position in question. Reclassifications for full-time positions must be presented for board approval.
