Ensures places in which people work, play, learn and live are safe, comfortable, productive and sustainable. Operate across different business functions, working on both a strategic and operational level. Generates and maintains facilities use agreements.
Internal Space Requests                            
Internal space requests are reservations that involve college space for anything outside of classroom instruction. These events involve Malcolm X College employees or students for the purpose of college-related business; generally no external organization is involved. Common conference rooms, classrooms, and general use areas are assigned; this does not include private conference rooms or individual offices. Requests may or may not include the public. Make an Internal Space Request.

External Space Request

External events are planned and carried out by an external organization. College staff may be there to support the event, but not to facilitate it. Not-for-profit community, educational, civic, youth, and social organizations that request to use space at Malcolm X College are considered external requestors. ​Make an External Space Request.
