The Records Office maintains student records and works with faculty, administration, and staff on academic matters.

Students can receive in-person services on campus (no appointment required for in-person services). Virtual student support services are also available.

The following departments will offer services during the hours listed below: Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Records, and the Business Office.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Records Office is to preserve the academic integrity, confidentiality, procedures, and policies governing the maintenance of student academic records, adhering to and enforcing the CCC academic and student policies and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) in collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and administration.

Transcript requests

  • Graduation application information
  • Degree and enrollment verification requests (including student loan deferment requests)
  • Diploma/Certificate Mail Request
  • Status updates (name, address, phone, email, etc.)
  • Student Records inquiries
  • Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requests
  • Faculty submit signed Day Ten Rosters and/or Reinstatement Forms
  • Pick up your Degree and/or Certificate
  • Diploma or Certificate Reprint Request
