City Colleges of Chicago Faculty and Staff can access email messages older than one year through the Email Archive. This service is available on request.
How to Access the Archive
Access to the archive is available upon request. Please contact the cohelpdesk at cohelpdesk@ccc.edu or by calling (312) 553-2600.
About the Archive
- The email archive is available both on and off campus
- You may search the archive for emails using a number of criteria, including:
- From
- within a specific folder
- with specific words in the subject, message body, or attachments
- The archive retains old email message for a period of three years
