Request Audio-Visual Equipment at District
Audio/Visual/Video equipment is available for use for CCC purposes. Please make your reservations as soon as possible so that the equipment will be available when you need it. Equipment is not available for outside firms or meetings not sponsored by CCC.
To Make Reservations
Please complete this form, print it out, obtain the proper approval(s) and fax it to the Mail Center at x3284. Allow two business days for your equipment to be delivered. Please contact the Mail Center as soon as your meetings are ended so that the equipment can be picked up.
