Register as a Supplier
The Procurement Services Department maintains a master database of all qualified Suppliers, referencing them by classification and commodity code. To register your company/organization in our PeopleSoft database, please review the following steps and follow the links to the appropriate sites and attachments.

- Specific information and forms are needed to register as a vendor with City Colleges of Chicago. Some of the forms are located on this page under “Other Resources”. Others must be obtained through outside websites. Prepare this information before you sign in:
- Signed IRS W-9 Form – Available in the IRS website
- Economic Disclosure Statement (EDS)
- Vendor Ethics Orientation
- Conditions of Purchase
- Illinois Secretary of State Certificate of Good Standing – Must register on the IL Secretary of State website and provide Certificate of Good Standing
- Minority/Woman Business Enterprise Certificate, if applicable.
- Once you have all your prepared documents, please click here to go to the CCC e-Supplier Portal.
- Familiarize yourself with the information on the e-Supplier Welcome Page, then click “Register as a Supplier”.
- Provide the required information, upload the required documents and submit your registration for review.
- Procurement Services will review your application information and if complete, a new Supplier ID will be entered into the CCC vendor database. Existing suppliers should follow the information in the e-Supplier Quick Reference Guide, to update the information in your current CCC Supplier ID.
- For your security, please keep your account credentials, including passwords, confidential and do not share them with anyone. City Colleges of Chicago (CCC), its departments, and its affiliates are not responsible for any unauthorized access, data loss, or account compromise resulting from users sharing, misplacing, or otherwise compromising their login information. It is the user’s sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of their account credentials
