TRILOGY- First-response Alternative Crisis Team (FACT)

How it works
The First-response Alternative Crisis Team (FACT) will respond to calls placed to Trilogy’s crisis hotline, 1-800-FACT-400. Call (800.322.8400) if you need to speak to someone now available 24/7. FACT is a type of crisis care in which clinicians respond to mental health emergencies in the community and provide appropriate supports. The program will operate in the neighborhoods of Rogers Park, Edgewater, West Ridge, and Uptown, as well as Evanston and Skokie.
The Living Room at Turning Point
The Living Room & Resource Center at Turning Point, a free of charge program for adults in crisis, is operating both in person and remotely by phone. To directly reachThe Living Room, please call (847)324-6188. The Living Room has expanded its hours to Monday-Sunday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, 365 days a year. Calls are accepted until 7:00 pm.
In addition to the resources listed, please also contact the Wellness Center by email trc-wellnesscenter@ccc.edu and we can provide outreach to the student the next day to check on their well-being and need for additional support.

transport you to the nearest available shelter.

· If you are experiencing domestic violence and need a safe place to stay, call or text 877-863-6338 and they will secure you immediate shelter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
