HWC Student Showcase


​​Every​​​​​ year scholarship funds are raised for the purpose of awarding scholarships to the hard-working students attending Harold Washington College. 




        • The Albert Soglin Scholarship was established in memory of Albert Soglin, HWC longstanding unionist and Math Professor and Thomas McBride former HWC student who loved attending our college. 



        • The Edward S. Orzac Scholarship​ was established in memory of Edward S Orzac MD and MA Asian Studies who taught medicine and Asian History as an Adjunct Professor at local Colleges as well as in India, Afghanistan, and Indonesia.
