Staff Awarded USGBC Certifications 

Environmental Tech Program staff members Robert Herley (Project Coordinator II), James Gill (Project Manager), and David R. Inman (Director) were all awarded “G-Pro” (Green Professional) Certifications from the U.S. Green Building Council, upon successful completion and examination in a two-day training session held on the Wright campus in November.

Adjunct Faculty Named LEED Fellow 

Adjunct Professor John Albrecht in the Building Energy Technologies curriculum was named a LEED Fellow by the U.S. Green Building Council. This is the most prestigious professional designation awarded by USGBC, and it recognizes exceptional contributions and professional achievement in the field of green building. Mr. Albrecht becomes one of just 43 LEED Fellows selected worldwide, due to his 20 years of green building experience and extensive portfolio In addition to instructing in the Wright BET program, Mr. Albrecht works for Sieben Energy Associates in Chicago.     ​
