The Office of Human Resources and Staff Development is committed to providing value-added services and programs to City Colleges’ faculty and staff to support its goals and objectives. Harold Washington College’s Human Resources team provides support for the District HR’s services and solutions in the areas of compensation, benefits, recruiting, policy compliance, performance management, automation, labor and employee relations along with other personnel services:
