Starting in 2019, members of the joint Union/Administration
Post-tenure Evaluation Taskforce met to create a fair and transparent
evaluation process that supports the continuous professional growth and
development of our full-time faculty members and training specialists.
Bargaining unit members ratified the proposal at the end of 2020.
