Counseling Services

Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to seek counseling at the Wellness Center.

Types of Counseling Services:

  • A one-time meeting to talk about what’s on your mind.
  • A series of up to five meetings. The Wellness Center has a limited number of longer-term "spots."
  • Occasional meetings to get support and help in locating resources in the community
  • Support groups that address particular topics, such as busy parents, veterans, LGBT issues, stress and time management, etc. (Check your college’s Wellness Center webpage to learn what groups are being offered.)

Trained counselors can provide you support, encouragement, and help you develop and put into action a plan to work through your life challenges. If you are undecided about whether to talk to us, please know that the Wellness Center staff will not be judgmental of you, your feelings, or your situation. We are eager to support you.

Our services are free and confidential.  To get started, simply walk into the Wellness Center or call to set up an appointment.
