What is "sliding-fee?"
The resource lists contain links to social service agencies and healthcare clinics which offer a sliding-fee scale. Sliding-fee means that the cost for services is based upon your ability to pay. Before going to your appointment, be sure to check with the organization to find out what income documentation you need to bring.
